Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions, along with this website’s legal notice, regulate the relation between Aldeas Artesáns de Galicia, Turismo Rural e Artesania, S.L. and their customers through the internet medium.

The customer accepts without reserve, and from the time of request, the particulars of conditions of sale specified (name, quantity, price, conditions of sale, shipping policy, return and cancellation policy, cost of shipping).

Please bear in mind that our trade is handicraft work and unique, as we use different types  high quality woods so that none of the pieces are equal, and that there may be certain variations in finishes  from the images of the product demonstrated on the website.

We endeavour to provide precise information about the price of all the products requested by you, but, being human, mistakes do happen. However, if it does occur, we would ensure that you will be directly informed before confirming your requests.

At the confirmation of request together with the validation of purchase for the part of the customer, a service agreement will be formalised by way of the terms and conditions of sale.

The current terms and conditions would be justified in Galician, Spanish and English subject to the Spanish common laws.

All prices and costs will be displayed in Euro (€) and will include taxes (I.V.E).

We are able to send our products worldwide and the costs will de detailed further ahead. For countries outside the European Union, we would strongly advise to contact us through our email: info@casadafraga.com so that we can advise you at the earliest possible time, the cost and the time required for dispatch.


Our wood products are selected around the natural settings where we are situated. They are of high

quality wood that hail from locally grown trees and utilised without impacting unfavourably on the

forestal conditions of our richly green Galician environment. The method of production itself reflects

our ancestral wood turning skills of Galicia, handcrafted individually. Each item produced has a

purposedly natural finish that compliments the wood material where it originates from. We will

endeavour in transmitting to you the essence of Galician art and techniques in our work that is unique

to where we are.

Secured purchasing

Customers will be able to pay for their orders and rate of shipping by major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard), PayPal and bank transfer. In the instance of paying with a credit card, the process of payment will be done securely within the standards of secured digital commerce adapting to the international sign of Visa and MasterCard. So that a customer may purchase with their card, it is necessary that the bank itself accepts transactions through ‘Secured purchasing’.  After confirmation of the transaction, we will provide a receipt for the purchase completed.


The order would be confirmed after the customer has selected (click) the product of choice into the basket. The terms and conditions would need to be approved (tick) prior to making any payment. Please ensure that you select the correct product before confirming any purchase.

Confirmation of order

The acceptance for the requested order will be confirmed via email: the purchase of items would not occur until the order has been confirmed.

The purchase may not be confirmed if, the product selected has been sold out, there are missing data whilst requesting a purchase, or unforeseen problems related to the dispatch of the order or other unforeseen issues. Please rest assured that you will be informed promptly of the situation.

Shipping policy

The purchase form will request a postal address for the dispatch. We will not be held responsible for any errors of omission or commission in the information sent to us. If any of this occurs the order will be deemed as cancelled.

We will not accept delivery to P.O. Box addresses.

The dispatches will be executed via a respective delivery company. The company may vary for different regions, whether national or international. You will be informed along with your purchase, a delivery code and link so that you may follow the progress of your delivery.  However, if a customer would like to collect the item in person, please contact us at the earliest possible time so that we can agree times of collection

Please be aware of import duties and/or any other unforeseen costs not manageable by us for countries other than the European Union that may be applicable at the cost of the customer.

The costs of transportation (I.V.E. Included) are as follows

-Mainland Spain and Balearics (orders of less than 5 Kg)

-Other European Union Territories

-For Orders from the Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries not specified, we will process the requests personally; customers will need to contact us by email to notify us of their personal details and orders so that we may inform them of specific conditions that may otherwise apply.

-Your request will be sent from Monday to Friday (weekdays), taking into consideration bank holidays (Regional, National and Abroad).

-Please bear in mind that our process of production is handmade and fabricated. Therefore, allow approximately 7-8 days for mainland Spain and 10-11 days for any other European Union countries. Please contact us at your earliest convenience by email or telephone for any other countries not listed above and we will endeavour to organise your delivery as promptly as possible.

-Please note that we will not be responsible for deliveries beyond our control.

Returns and cancellation policy

We strongly advise that upon immediate receipt of delivery, that you inspect the item(s) bought. In the case that the item(s) may be faulty or damaged, please contact us without delay via email within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). Over the period of 7 days, we will then consider that you are satisfied with your purchase.

If for any other reason(s) that you may not be satisfied with the your purchase during the period of 7 days (Above this period any request will not be considered) upon receipt our product(s), please contact us by email  at info@casadafraga.com indicating ‘Returns’ with the order number, the exact details of the product, the item number and a clear reason for returning the purchase. We advise that all the cost of return will be accountable to the customer. We strongly advise customers that returned items sent to us are insured, at minimum, the price sold to them. The Item(s) should be in good conditions, unused, in the original packaging and with all the labels and accessories that accompanied the product(s) sold. Upon acceptance, we will ensure that the refund for the price of the product(s) purchased, except for the shipping cost(s), is carried out through the same payment method and within 30 days of receipt of the request for refund. We will not possibly refund for returned item(s) that are not in the same conditions that has previously been sent by us or having communicated (in time allowed) to us any issue or dissatisfaction previously encountered by the customer. We strongly advise that that items are insured and/or sent by registered post prior to returning them by mail.

Security and data protection

All information collected from any customer will be used within our remit to facilitate the contractual trading relationship between the customer(s) and the seller (us), to manage ordering and to inform you of any possible interesting offer products and services provided by us. Your information, in no circumstance, will be shared with any third party agencies.

Personal data and information is protected under the Spanish law chapter 15/1999, 13th of December, Personal Data protection and Royal Decree 1270/2007, 21st of December, under the approbation and implementation of regulation and vigilance of Spanish law chapter 15/1999.
